These terms apply to zeluscoach.com, our member portal, and the digital products we sell (together, the "Services"). By using the Services or buying from us, you agree to them. One-to-one coaching (CEO Shred) is governed by its own Coaching Agreement, which takes priority over these terms if they differ.
Everything we provide is educational fitness and nutrition information: books, emails, pages, posts and coaching materials.
It isn't medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it doesn't create a doctor-patient relationship.
LJ Silva, M.S. is a fitness and nutrition coach. He isn't a physician, a registered dietitian or a licensed healthcare provider.
Consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any exercise or nutrition program, especially if you have a medical condition or take medication.
Results depend on your starting point, consistency, sleep, stress, health history and other factors outside our control.
We don't promise or guarantee any specific result.
Any client stories we share are individual experiences, not typical or expected results.
You must be 18 or older to buy from us.
If you have a member portal account, keep your login to yourself. You're responsible for activity on your account.
Prices are shown in US dollars at checkout.
When you add an order bump or accept a one-click offer after checkout, you authorize us to charge the payment method you used for that order.
Payments are processed by Stripe.
Digital products (The Executive Reset, Decode Your Labs, the CEO Shred Field Manual): if you're not satisfied, email us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of that product. Your access ends when the refund is issued.
Coaching: refunds follow the Coaching Agreement.
When you buy a digital product, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for yourself.
You may not copy, resell, share, publish or distribute our materials, or use them to coach others, without written permission.
Everything on the Services is owned by Zelus Coach LLC, or used with permission. That includes text, design, images and the Zelus name.
If you opt in, we'll text you about your application, appointments or coaching.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, or HELP for help.
Consent to texts isn't a condition of any purchase.

We may refer to or link to other companies' products and services, such as lab-testing or wearable providers. Those are governed by their own terms.
We aren't responsible for them.
If we ever earn a commission from a link, we'll say so where the link appears.
Don't misuse the Services. That means:
no attempts to access accounts or systems you aren't authorized to use
no interfering with the site
no submitting false information
no using our forms to send spam
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", to the extent the law allows. We don't warrant that they'll be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zelus Coach LLC's total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us for the product or service involved.
We aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
You're responsible for how you apply any information, and you accept the risks of exercise and dietary change.
You agree to cover our reasonable costs if a claim arises from your misuse of the Services or your breach of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
We'll try to resolve any dispute informally first. Email us.
We may update these terms. The version posted here, with its effective date, applies from then on.
